TAN TONG LANG, NICHOLAS
Mr. Nicholas Tan has formed Boardroom.com Sdn. Bhd. in 2008 and he is an Associate member of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“MAICSA”). He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Business Administrative. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in corporate secretarial.
Mr. Nicholas Tan worked as head of the department of Secta Sdn. Bhd. He also has worked as secretarial assistant at Pantai Management Resources Sdn. Bhd. for 4 years. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Boardroom.com Sdn. Bhd. and Aldpro Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd., companies that provide corporate secretarial and share registration services respectively. He is also managing a money lending company and cooperative. Besides that, he is also assisting in obtaining financial facilities for his clients. He is also a Committee Member of the Malaysia-Guangdong Chamber of Investment Promotion. In August 2023, he was appointed as Non-Independent and Non Executive Director of Sersol Bhd.
THIEN LEE MEE, HEIDI
Ms. Heidi Thien is the Senior Manager at Boardroom.com Sdn. Bhd. and a Licensed Company Secretary by the Companies Commission of Malaysia. She graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College with a Bachelor of Corporate Administration. She has over 15 years of corporate secretarial experience gained in various management companies.
Ms. Heidi Thien started her career at Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd. as a Secretarial Assistant in 2008, after which she joined TMF Group Malaysia and was promoted to senior executive in 2010. In 2011, she worked at K-Konsult Secretarial Sdn. Bhd. for three years and was then promoted to Assistant Manager. In 2013, she obtained the Company Secretary license. In 2014, she joined Boardroom.com. Sdn. Bhd. as a Manager and was subsequently promoted to Senior Manager where she remains today.
TAN LAY KHOON, CLARIS
Ms. Claris Tan is the Manager at Boardroom.com Sdn Bhd and she is an Associate member of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“MAICSA”). She holds a Degree of Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and graduated from Liverpool John Moores University. She has over 9 years of professional experience in corporate secretarial.
Ms. Claris Tan started her career with Tricor Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. In 2014, and in 2015, she joined CE Corporate Secretaries Sdn. Bhd. as a Secretary Assistant. In 2017, she joined Boardroom.com Sdn. Bhd. as a Secretarial Executive and was subsequently promoted to Manager where she remains today.
LOW VEN SIN
Ms. Low is the Supervisor of Boardroom.com Sdn Bhd and an Associate member of The Chartered Governance Institute (MAICSA). She holds a Bachelor of Law and graduated from Advanced Tertiary College. She has over 7 years of professional experience in corporate secretarial.
Ms. Low started her career with SMI Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. as Assistant Company Secretary. In 2018, she joined Tricor Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. as an Associate. In July 2019, she joined Boardroom.com Sdn. Bhd. as a Secretarial Executive and was subsequently promoted to Supervisor where she remains today.
LIM WEN THENG
Ms. Lim is the Supervisor at Boardroom.com Sdn Bhd and she is an Associate member of Malaysian Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (“MAICSA”). She holds a Bachelor of Corporate Administration degree and graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College. She has over 7 years of professional experience in corporate secretarial.
Ms. Lim started her career with AK Secretarial Companies Sdn Bhd as Company Secretarial Assistant. She then joined Tricor Corporate Services Sdn. Bhd. in year 2018. In year 2019, she joined Boardroom.com Sdn. Bhd. as a Senior Executive and was subsequently promoted to Supervisor where she remains today.
NURUL SYAHIDAH BINTI MAT TAHIL
Cik Nurul serves as the Supervisor and Licensed Secretary at Boardroom.com Sdn Bhd. She holds a Bachelor of Corporate Administration (Honours) from Universiti Teknologi Mara and boasts over 8 years of professional experience in corporate secretarial roles.
Cik Nurul began her career at Boardroom.com Sdn. Bhd. in April 2015 as a Junior Executive. She was later promoted to Supervisor and currently holds that position.
